Andy in a Mechanical Engineer specialising in Condition Based Maintenance, Plant
reliability improvement and Predictive / Proactive maintenance. He has a track
record of successful machinery troubleshooting and root-cause analysis gained
over 25 years in a wide range of industries. He is committed, tenacious, and
passionate about quality.
Roger Smith Principal Engineer
Roger is a Mechanical Engineer with a wealth of hands on experience of machinery
fault diagnosis and asset reliability improvement and a deep knowledge of
rotating machinery and vibration analysis. His experience has been gained
during 34 years’ service in a wide variety of industries both within the UK and worldwide.
Tony Williams Senior Reliability Engineer
Tony is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with broad knowledge of varied aspects of maintenance and repairs including the field of Fluids. He thrives on excelling within the role, supporting a positive determination that is value adding. He is passionate in encouraging a culture of Safe Working and Mutual Respect.
